2. SYH GOODS cannot be held responsible for items delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

 

 

IMPORT TAXES OR VAT DUTIES

There may be some items that you buy that are often subject to customs taxes which are the buyer's responsibility. You will need to contact your local customs office to determine the import taxes your country levies on Indonesian exported goods.

For those in Russia, we provide two shipping options: Indonesia Post and FedEx.

Indonesian Post requires a company name for the recipient and takes 20 days to reach your address.

While FedEx uses the alternative address of your friend in the European region, your friend will take care of the shipping to your country.
